BA (Hons) Urban and Regional Planning.
Diploma in Management Studies. Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute

Having been in planning for a “number” of years, Caroline has built up a wide range of skills and experiences which are applicable to a variety of client needs. These include planning applications and appeals, liaison with statutory authorities, the presentation of appeal evidence and the negotiation of planning conditions and Section 106 Agreements.

Perhaps more distinct, she is involved in developing planning strategies for major landowning clients and for those with sites which require forward planning prior to formal action.

In addition, she has developed skills in the overall management of planning projects which provide for mixed consultant team construction, management and co-ordination.

Caroline has experience of both the private and public sectors, of projects of wide ranging scales and of sites and planning authorities throughout the UK. These have included major mixed use regeneration schemes, urban high density residential developments, rural infill, building conversions and public transport proposals.
