Claire joined Planning Potential in 2006 and now heads up our Harrogate office. During her years as a planner she has worked for consultancies in East Anglia and Central London on a number of large scale projects throughout the country.

Her experience includes planning applications, site appraisals, appeals, property portfolio advice and management and Retail Impact Assessments. Claire manages a number of large and small scale commercial projects, liaising with clients and client development teams to ensure planning applications are managed effectively and swiftly through the planning process.

Clients have included a number of blue chip companies including house builders, retailers, building societies and oil companies.
