June 2010 - Planning Potential has been successful on appeal in achieving planning and listed building consents for the adaptation, extension and restoration of Witanhurst and its grounds in Highgate, London. Witanhurst, the largest house in London in private ownership after Buckingham Palace, is a substantial Grade II* listed building, with Grade II garden structures, which has been unused and deteriorating for over 40 years. The six refusals were the subject of a Public Inquiry in May at which Planning Potential presented expert evidence.
June 2010 - Planning Potential Ladies swap planning for planting! Planning Potential are keen to support local projects and so offered to volunteer with the Southbank Urban Forest project, which has been launched as part of the London Festival of Architecture. The project aims to turn a disused car park on Union Street in Southwark into a temporary community garden where local people can get involved and learn about sustainable living. February 2010 - Planning Potential are continuing to conquer the north/south divide following the election of Robyn Blackburn (London) and Sarah Askew (Harrogate) by the RTPI London and Yorkshire regions respectively, to act as regional representatives on the Young Planners National Advisory Group. They are two of Planning Potential’s enthusiastic Young Planners and their elected roles will enable them to represent their regions on both a national and regional level to promote planning across the country. http://www.rtpi.org.uk/item/1026
January 2010 - Our Harrogate office have secured consent for Aldi to build a new foodstore on a site in Eastwood on the outskirts of Rotherham.

November 2009 - Planning Potential obtains three consents at Committee for Asda on three consecutive days - a new store at Langley Mill, an out of centre extension at Basildon and a mezzanine at Lowestoft.
