Planning Potential is a commercially based town planning consultancy with a great team of professionals which has built up a strong reputation for sound, intuitive and bespoke planning advice. The three Directors and Associates head a planning team with a wide range of skills and experience and, consequently, the business is able to provide precisely the right advice to clients with a range of planning issues.
Planning Potential has a Core Strategy of seeking to provide clear and succinct expert advice which represents value for money. With its head office in central London, near London Bridge, and new offices in Harrogate, the Practice is involved in projects nationwide and has an impressive client base which includes leading national developers, house builders and retail and leisure operators. We pride ourselves on our focus on client requirements, rather than simply on providing planning advice and have developed a great understanding of client businesses which helps to ensure that our commercial focus is maintained.

Planning Potential Ltd is committed to ensuring that we meet the principles of an Accredited Quality Management System (QMS). We currently follow the principles of The Small Business Standard produced by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), which closely mirrors ISO 9001.2008 in its' general principles, but are seeking full Accreditation.
As a small business, contact between Management and Employees is direct and frequent, and the QMS principles are conveyed and monitored regularly. We strive for continued improvement - in order to achieve this, we measure the impacts of the results of our processes and review at Management Level, including the results of any customer/ client feedback.
