Planning Potential believes in maximising development potential and minimising the obligations required via S.106 Agreements.

We proactively negotiate Heads of Terms for a variety of S.106 provisions, using our in house team to accurately define what is, either realistic or acceptable. 

We co-ordinate the process liaising between the various legal representatives to ensure that provisions which are necessary are focussed and within suitable parameters.

We are skilled at applying S.106 to unlock developments and to deliver genuinely achievable and cost effective solutions.
