In addition, through our experience we are well placed to advise our clients on planning gain, and assist in the negotiation of S106 Agreements. Our services also extend to securing implementable consents through liaising between Clients contractors and technical support to discharge planning conditions and S106 Obligations.
We also provide strategic planning advice and prepare representations on emerging policy on behalf of our clients, having a good understanding of housing need, deliverability, and Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessments.
